For Amazon sellers & the agencies who manage them

  • FBA + 3PL in one ledger

Everything under one roof

Stop switching between four different tools to run one business

Most Amazon sellers run their operation across a spreadsheet, a separate inventory tracker, a bookkeeping app that doesn't talk to Amazon, and a notebook full of supplier notes. Stocklley folds all of it into a single login.

What Stocklley actually does

Built around the four things that actually run an Amazon business

Know exactly what to reorder — and when

No more eyeballing a spreadsheet to guess whether a SKU needs reordering this week or next month. Stocklley tracks real days-of-stock coverage per SKU and tells you the moment something needs attention.

  • Per-SKU days-of-stock, updated automatically
  • Lead-time aware across every supplier
  • Out-of-stock warnings before they cost you sales

One inventory ledger, every warehouse

FBA, Amazon Warehousing & Distribution, Amazon Logistics, and your own 3PL partners — Stocklley keeps sellable, inbound, and in-transit stock visible in one place, so you're never checking four different portals to answer "how much do I actually have."

  • FBA, AWD, Amazon Logistics & 3PL, unified
  • Amazon-compliant packing lists, generated for you
  • Shipment manifests formatted for US and UK

Know your real numbers, not Amazon's rounded ones

Amazon's payout report isn't a set of books. Stocklley reconciles every settlement against a full double-entry ledger — chart of accounts, journal entries, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow — so what you see is what actually happened financially.

  • Real double-entry accounting, not a summary
  • Amazon settlements reconciled automatically

Forecasting

Forecasting that understands your business, not just your spreadsheet

A promotion hits. A listing goes viral. A competitor runs out of stock and orders triple overnight. Most tools either overreact to every blip or smooth everything into a flat average that misses real demand shifts entirely.

Stocklley is built to tell the difference. It looks at your actual sales history month by month, recognizes genuine spikes versus one-off noise, and automatically excludes periods when a listing was out of stock — so a past stockout doesn't quietly drag down your forecast for months afterward. New listings are treated differently from established ones, so a slow first month right after launch never gets mistaken for weak demand.

The result: replenishment recommendations that reflect what your business is actually doing right now — not a generic average of the last twelve months.

Replace the spreadsheets. Replace the sticky notes. Replace the guesswork.

Stocklley isn't another point solution to add to the pile. It's built to replace the general-purpose accounting software, inventory spreadsheets, and disconnected tools that weren't designed for how Amazon businesses actually operate.

Built in, not bolted on

The details most tools leave to a spreadsheet

Four more things Stocklley handles automatically so they stop being a weekly manual chore.

Stockout detection

Never mistake a stockout for a sales slump

Stocklley scans every SKU's sales history and flags months that look like a stockout, not falling demand — a zero-unit month sitting between two months of real sales almost always means there was nothing to sell. It only starts looking after the SKU's Amazon listing actually went live, so pre-launch months never get miscounted.

  • Auto-detected from your sales feed, no manual entry
  • Anchored to each SKU's real listing date, not guesswork
  • Confirm or dismiss any flagged month yourself
Sales Evaluation

See exactly which months are outliers — and why

Every SKU's sales history is broken down month by month, with seasonal uplift factors and category-level fallbacks calculated automatically — no spreadsheet of manual multipliers to maintain by hand.

  • Seasonal uplift factors computed from real history
  • Category-level fallback for SKUs with limited history
  • Spike months called out automatically, not buried in a chart
FBA Planner

Turn a purchase order into a ready-to-ship FBA plan

Once stock is confirmed, Stocklley builds the shipment plan for you — box counts, unit totals, and Amazon-compliant manifests, ready before the truck arrives at the warehouse.

  • Box and unit counts calculated automatically
  • Manifests formatted for US and UK requirements
  • One planner across every FBA shipment in flight
FBA Shipments

Every shipment, broken down by SKU and ASIN

Track each shipment's status from created to received, with a full SKU- and ASIN-level breakdown of what's inside — no more opening several different Seller Central pages to answer "what's actually in transit."

  • SKU- and ASIN-level detail on every shipment
  • Status tracked from created through received
  • One view across every destination fulfillment center
FBA planning & suppliers

From purchase order to Amazon's warehouse — without a spreadsheet in between

Once stock lands, it flows straight into your FBA shipment plan — packed into Amazon-compliant shipments with manifests already formatted for US or UK requirements, ready to send. No manual box-count math, no re-keying numbers into Seller Central by hand.

  • Multi-supplier sourcing mix, managed per SKU
  • Amazon-compliant packing lists & shipment manifests
  • US (in/lb) and UK (cm/kg) formats handled automatically

What's coming next

Stocklley started as an operations backbone for Amazon sellers — inventory, replenishment, and real accounting in one place. We're now extending that same backbone into advertising performance and multi-channel selling. Here's what's actively on our roadmap:

Coming soon

PPC campaign optimization

Automated bid and keyword management for Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns, so ad spend adjusts based on actual product-level profitability rather than click volume alone.

Coming soon

Listing & Buy Box alerts

Real-time notifications when a listing's price, content, or Buy Box status changes unexpectedly, so sellers and their agencies can react before it affects sales.

Live now

FBA reimbursement recovery

Stocklley cross-references what you ordered, what FBA received, what sold, and what's currently in Amazon's warehouse to flag lost, damaged, or short-shipped inventory -- then drafts the case content for you to review. You submit every claim to Amazon yourself; Stocklley never submits a case on your behalf.

Live now

Named competitor intelligence

Upload your free Amazon Brand Analytics Search Terms report (exported from Seller Central -- no API access required) and Stocklley names the exact competitor products winning each of your search terms, with their click and conversion share, so you know who's beating you and by how much, not just that you're losing ground.

Live now

AWD stock visibility

Upload your Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) Inventory report and see exactly what's Available in AWD, what's still Inbound, what's Reserved for FBA replenishment, and what's Outbound to FBA, per SKU, alongside the rest of your inventory -- so bulk upstream stock stops being a blind spot.

Coming soon

Mobile access

An installable, mobile-friendly version of the Stocklley dashboard for checking inventory and financial performance on the go — no app store download required.

Coming soon

Multi-marketplace support

Extending beyond Amazon to Shopify, Walmart, and eBay, so multi-channel sellers and agencies can manage inventory and finance from a single Stocklley account.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Stocklley is a product developed and operated by Lifefit Pro ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered both in the United States (Lifefit Pro LLC) and in Pakistan.

What information we access

When a seller connects their Amazon account to Stocklley, we access only the data covered by the specific permissions ("roles") they approve during Amazon's authorization process — for example, order history, inventory levels, FBA shipment status, and Amazon settlement/payout reports. We never access an Amazon account that hasn't explicitly authorized Stocklley to do so.

Personally identifiable information (PII)

Stocklley's core features — replenishment planning, inventory and shipment tracking, and financial reporting — do not require buyer-level personal information. We do not request or store customer names, shipping addresses, or other personally identifiable buyer information from Amazon, and we handle any Amazon data in line with Amazon's Data Protection Policy.

How we store it

Amazon account credentials (refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never exposed to the browser or to any party outside Stocklley's own backend systems. All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.

How we use it

Data retrieved from a seller's Amazon account is used exclusively to power that seller's own dashboards, replenishment recommendations, and financial reports inside Stocklley. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train any product outside of the account it was retrieved for.

Who we share it with

We do not share Amazon Information with any outside party. Infrastructure providers (such as our hosting and database providers) process data on our behalf solely to operate the service, under their own standard security and confidentiality commitments, and never access seller data for any independent purpose.

Data retention and deletion

A seller may disconnect their Amazon account at any time, which stops all further data syncing. On request, we delete a seller's stored data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

Security incidents

If we become aware of a security incident affecting Amazon Information, we investigate promptly and notify Amazon and any affected sellers as required under Amazon's policies and applicable law.

Your rights

Sellers in the UK/EU have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete their data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Stocklley, a product developed and operated by Lifefit Pro, a company registered both in the United States (Lifefit Pro LLC) and in Pakistan.

Use of the service

Stocklley is provided to help Amazon sellers and their authorized representatives plan inventory, purchasing, and finance operations. You may only connect Amazon accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to manage.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your Stocklley login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Data accuracy

Stocklley's recommendations (replenishment quantities, forecasts, financial reports) are generated from the data Amazon provides and are intended to support, not replace, your own judgment. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of Stocklley's output.

Service availability

We aim to keep Stocklley available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance or known outages.

Termination

You may stop using Stocklley and disconnect your Amazon account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or Amazon's own policies governing use of the Selling Partner API.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Stocklley after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
